When we rotate a bucket containing water in a vertical circle, the water does not fall why?

When a bucket containing water is rotated in a vertical circle, the required centripetal force at the highest point is provided by weight and tension. When the tension is zero the minimum centripetal force is also provided by its weight.
Therefore, when the bucket is rotated in the vertical circle the water doesn’t fall.
